Ksenia’s main areas of practice are international arbitration and litigation. She worked on commercial and investment arbitration cases under the rules of various arbitral institutions, including the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC at UCCI), as well as under the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Ksenia has also represented clients in complex litigations before Ukrainian courts.

Ksenia is a holder of specialised degrees in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution. Before joining Aequo team, she carried out her internship with the international arbitration practice of a leading international law firm.
