Kristen Bromberek focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, representing clients in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, financial services, and health care. She has represented clients in international arbitrations seated in the U.S., Europe, and Asia under the rules of various arbitral institutions.

Kristen has litigated in federal and state courts throughout the country. She regularly defends clients in putative class actions and other high-stakes commercial disputes. Kristen also has experience in disputes involving intellectual property, F/RAND obligations, and complex valuation matters.

Kristen received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a senior Dillard Fellow in legal research and writing and was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. Kristen earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration and economics from the University of Florida.
