Gregory A. Tereposky


Greg Tereposky is a founding partner of Tereposky & DeRose LLP. He has practised investment treaty and international trade law since 1992, representing private companies, industries, and governments. He is rated as AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest legal peer rating. He has appeared as counsel before investor-state arbitration tribunals, trade panels, arbitrators and the Appellate Body in WTO dispute settlement proceedings, NAFTA panels and Canadian domestic trade authorities and tribunals. He was appointed as a panellist in the WTO dispute European Union – Anti-Dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Fatty Alcohols from Indonesia (DS442) and the NAFTA dispute Softwood Lumber (Countervailing Duty): USA-CDA-2017-1904-02.

United Mexican States (ICSID Case No. ARB/19/1).

Counsel in parallel trade and investor-state proceedings in Mexico - Tax Measures on Soft Drinks and Other Beverages (WTO-DS308); Cargill Incorporated v. United Mexican States (ICSID Case No. ARB(AF)/05/2); Corn Products International Inc. v. United Mexican States (ICSID Case No. ARB(AF)/04/1); and Archer Daniels Midland and Tate & Lyle Ingredients Americas Inc. v. United Mexican States (ICSID Case No. ARB(AF)/04/5).
