During his last year of studies, Arom became a BFE+ intern. A university graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School, Arom is an admirer of Camus, and wishes he could fly to observe and take in different perspectives. He is drawn to contrasts. Emotion and logic must be balanced. He enjoys the snow just as much as the beach, soccer, and chess. For Arom, freedom is exercised while respecting the rights of others, and the greatest professional satisfaction comes from assisting people in resolving their conflicts.

Arom holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as studies in Civil Law and Arbitration from the Universidade de São Paulo. He has experience in civil law, international investment law, and domestic and international commercial arbitration, with a focus on the construction, electricity, sales, and professional services industries. He speaks fluent English, and Portuguese at an intermediate level.
